The more we get of Beverly Katz, the more I want of her. I've just fallen completely in love, I think! I'd be devastated if she died, and I'm really enjoying her dynamic with Will this season, especially now that he seems to drift further and further away from Alana, who used to be the one person he put his complete trust in. Not that I blame Alana! Her reactions are completely understandable and it's evident that she really cares for Will. But I also think it's inevitable that Will is going to feel a bit distant from someone so convinced that he committed these murders and it's a relief that he's got someone to turn to. And someone actively working to find out the truth, too!
I felt a connection with Beverly from the start though, I don't know, like we would have so much in common perhaps, heh. I'm nowhere near as brilliant of course, but she's the character I feel most alike and I feel sort of invested in her well-being, haha.
When he was menacing Bedelia in his office I thought my heart might actually stop. That was terrifying.
It really was! The tension! One couldn't tell whether he was going to kill her or not, and it was clear she didn't know either. Seriously, it's the most suspenseful show I've ever watched, I think, and I love it.
